Your complete satisfaction is our goal. Should you need to return an item, simply follow these two steps:
- Call our Customer Service Department at 1-888-UMS(867)-0006 between the hours of 9:00 AM through 4:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday. We will ask for the Invoice number and date of purchase, item number, quantity and reason for return. We will then provide you with a Return Authorization Number which is valid only for 15 days from the date of issue. You will be provided with a return shipping address. Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser unless the merchandise was shipped in error or damaged.
- Write the Return Authorization Number on your shipping label and send the merchandise to the address provided to you. All returns must be in resalable condition in the original packaging, with manuals and blank warranty cards.
You must have a Return Authorization Number to return an item. All merchandise returns are subject to inspection and any merchandise unsuitable for resale will not be accepted. A minimum restocking fee of 15% will be applied to all returns with the exception of items shipped in error by us. Special order items are not returnable. Credit or refund is applied only to the purchase price of product(s) returned/exchanged. Sterile products cannot be accepted for returns/exchanges due to risk of contamination or tampering. We will replace or repair defective items based on manufacturer's policy.
